Dwelling in the House of God

I came into the local church in January 1998. My experience in the church has been quite positive. I remember the first time I attended a meeting, I saw everyone being so exercised and sharing their enjoyment of Christ. After being in the church life for four years, I knew what it meant to dwell in the house of God. I found my home in the church. Watchman Nee and Witness Lee's ministry that is spoken in the meetings really touches my heart. The significance of being one with Christ and allowing Christ to make His home in my heart affects me deeply.

Also, I remember back in college, the local churches in the Metroplex would take college age blending trips to different parts of the United States. I was very happy to blend with different local churches and to be in the homes of other brothers and sisters. I felt really nourished and cherished by the believers caring and opening up their homes. This is what it means to me to dwell in the house of God. By being open to receive the Lord into my heart, and blending with other members of the local church, and by being in the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee, I can be saturated with Christ `s love.
